DGM's new Business Unit Manager gives customer service top priority

“DGM must continuously be in dialogue with our customers and be available when they need it. Therefore it is extremely important that we optimise our response times, says Arvid R. Bruhn, new Business Unit Manager of DGM. “And a full team of auditors now makes this possible”.
“It is a great challenge for me to meet new demands from clients by taking advantage of the competences and experience of the audit team”, says Arvid R. Bruhn. Several DGM clients operate in foreign markets, particularly Canada, China and USA. For this reason the newly appointed Business Unit Manager also plans to visit DGM’s partners in North America and the Far East in order to develop these cooperations.
Arvid R. Bruhn is 45 years old and comes from a postion as manager of the product certification department of Danish Standards Association. Therefore a world of regulatory requirements and European directives is far from unfamiliar to the new Business Unit Manager, who in the future will also be the motive force of DGM.
